The American Institute of Graphic Arts and the US Dept of Transportation are
the gold standard of international signs, and there was not one from
breastfeeding, so Mothering Magazine had a contest to create an universal
symbol for breastfeeding. This was created by a stay-at-home dad, who
granted the symbol to the public domain-to be used copyright-free. It can be
downloaded in many formats at
