Although i replied privately but since i did this publicly. Dandelion and or
corsilk comes in 325 to 425 mg capsules use 3- 3 x daily for 2 days. The
tincture use 3ml 3x daily, as the edema goes down  you can cut back down on
dosage.
i have used dandelion for more than days but cornsilk only needs to be used
for 2 or 3 days. Dandelion is supportive of breastmilk production and works
well and actually preserves postassium stores. It is liver supportive and is
high in vit K, iron and calcium.
