Let me chime in with the others - I know many, many breastfed babies who
were 20 pounds or more by three or four months, who later slimmed down and
were perfectly healthy. I even wrote an article on this topic!

My sister and I both had baby girls around the same time, and both of us
were exclusively breastfeeding. My daughter was a slow-gaining, petite
little girl, hers was a very fast-gaining baby. At four months, her baby
weighed twice what mine did - and mine had been nearly a pound heavier at
birth! Today, they are both 25, and both are slender and healthy. Her
daughter is a few inches taller than mine, though.
