I have tried x2 to send this but got error messages. I apologize if this
has been seen before.
Someone already said (see archives) that if low estrogen caused poor
wound healing then all bf moms with episiotomies or c/s wound have poor
wound healing.
I would not advise weaning. I would advise to check for diabetes? wound
infection? fistula? I would suggest she may want to consult a certified
enterostomal therapist/wound or skin care specialist. Most large
hospitals have them on staff.
