I would question consuption of something new in mom's diet or an  increase
in something like a fresh fruit just in season and mom is eating lots.  I
don't think this sounds like the 4 mo old fussy nurser (gas & pain don't
apply there),  would seem strange at this point to  have a
foremilk/hindmilk imbalance, but has mom changed nursing pattern?
Another thought, is she sure what milk daycare is using?  Maybe there has
been a slip up  there.
