Does anyone know if an employer has to allow a mother an area to pump or
breastfeed her infant. This would be in Washington State.  I have a mother who
is going back to work and does not have a place to pump or to breastfeed her
infant. She said the people at work were already giving her grief about pumping.
The restroom was not workable to use as an area to breastfeed or even
pump.Perhaps I should have asked but didn't, in what sort of an work
environment she was employed.
