I bought a couple of sleeping bras with both children from Motherwear for
the sole reason of comfort.  I am large breasted when not lactating, even
more so when lactating and was quite uncomfortable without the support.  I
also leaked like a sieve (at all hours of the day and night).  I even got
my husband wet a time or too!  They held my nursing pads in place at night
and I stayed a little drier, as did my babies and my husband.
