Linda Smith, Elizabeth Baldwin- Linda, I am curious what you are
recording in your documentation about the spouse's actions that have been
reported to you?  I am always hesitant to record very much detail since I
am concerned that I could be subpoenaed and what she says is only
alleged.  What legal obligation is there to report suspected abuse of a
child?  What information should or shouldn't be recorded in the LC's or
LLLL's log?
