Jennie E, encourage the client to contact the hospital and explain the
current problems precipatated by inappropriate or inadequate care, if the
client does not want to follow-up with the hospital: you could call or write
to the top hospital administrators - you may not need to use the client's
name, but with her permission explain 1) what "a client" has reported to you
(the details she reports to you may or may not be entirely accurate), 2) the
professsional and ethical issues, and 3) the liability issues for their
hospital.
