It does admit that thrush can be mis-diagnosed or over-diagnosed in 
breastfeeding women and that more research is needed, but in the 
here-and-now, we need to take active, practical steps to help keep women 
breastfeeding.  It recaps some diagnostic guidelines, and stresses the  
need for the longer course of Diflucan for systemic yeast (instead of 
the one or two day course that OBs are familiar with for vaginal yeast 
infections).
