Help... I am preparing a lecture on lactation documentation, i.e. different
types or forms and the descriptive  terms use in assessing a mother and baby.
 Would any of you share with me the types of forms you use and any special
terms you use when assessing mom's and babies. I would like to compile a
list. I would also be happy to share the final with you if you want.  You can
