Yes, I know, I jumped right in to the discussion about IV fluids.  So did
several others of us.  Now it's enough, and it is starting to stray even
more from the focus of Lactnet.
The focus of Lactnet is breastfeeding / helping mothers to breastfeed.
Posts which relate directly, or even tenuously if you argue your case well,
to these topics are welcome.  Other posts may be sent to the intended
persons off the list.
We will not, on Lactnet, be engaging in a further discussion of who should
get the credit for improved perinatal outcomes in the modern world. It's a
fascinating, provocative topic and would divert our attention far too much
from our focus.
