Greetings! I have recently had several moms who will be undergoing
surgeries of one kind or another ranging from tubal ligation and gall
bladder issues to oral surgery. All of the women who have contacted
me have been told to pump and dump for varying lengths of time
post-op. I am not a nurse and do not know the names of anesthia drugs
to look them up in Hale's book. Is there a "rule of thumb" or does
the danger vary as much as the types of meds used? Any insight would
be greatly appreciated!
