Greetings,

It seems I have a million questions this week!

I have been working with several moms lately for whom the standard topical
yeast treatment protocol has not been entirely successful, so they have
progressed to Diflucan (Fluconazole) per Jack Newman or Tom Hale (400 MG
STAT/100 MG BID or 200 MG STAT/100 MG DAILY for 2-3 weeks).

This has brought the same question up enough times that i realize i need to
ask all of you folks what the variety of approaches is for treating BABY
when mom switches from GV or GSE plus APNO to fluconazole (and often APNO
too). If baby has had 4-7 days of GV already, do you all recommend
continued treatment of baby while mom is on fluconazole? If so, with
what? Nystatin? GSE? (many moms hate using it because of its bitter
taste). Treat the baby with oral fluconazole too?

Also, anyone used tincture of Myrrh per Terriana Lowdog? If so, how long
can one use it to swab a baby's mouth? days? weeks?

Thanks in advance for any discussion this generates!
