After lurking for several months we would like to introduce ourselves.
Linda Jerome RN IBCLC, and Jane Long RNC IBCLC. We work in the OB dept of
a medium size community hospital (about 100 deliveries a month) in the
suburbs of Detroit. Our total hours of work equal approx. a full time
job. Only about 20-25 hours as LC's The rest as perinatal educator and/or
staff nurse.
We are on-line through the hospital library thus the difference in address.
Now a question. I need info on cabbage leaves. My daughter is
currently undergoing physical thereay for a recent knee injury. as I
versed the therapist on the great uses of cabbage leaves for lactating
women as well a other swelling/inflamatory conditions. I now have his
interest but need info articles to show. any and all info will be
greatly appreciated.
Ready/willing/ to learn/teach/share info on breastfeeding
