6/24 for a 38 weeker seems way too little to me. I'd rather think a minimum of 8/24. 480 is just about the norm for a healthy term infant of this age. I'd think a premie needs more per kg of body weight. Weight gain is probably better with frequent small feeds than fewer large ones. Managing a very full tummy will take energy away from growing.
