How does lack of access to health care affect access to Lactation
Consultants for mothers with newborns?  

Here in Washington State, I was told by our WIC coalition member that 50% of
mothers in every year give birth utilizing WIC.

Is WIC in every US county?  Does every WIC provide LC services?  (Women,
Infants, Children)  Are they striving to?
