I have had a similar puzzle.  I have no trouble with digests I receive
at home, but at work, sometimes they come in just fine and open like any
other message.  Other times I get a preliminary message saying it's in
an unrecognizable format and am I sure I want to open it!  When I do,
the font is very different, hard to read, and sometimes runs off the
viewable "page".  Any idea why this happens?
