The only time I ever told a mom to stop breastfeeding was when she hit 79 
lbs and her baby was roly poly(11 mo.).  Told her it wouldn't do any good to 
keep breastfeeding if she died, then baby wouldn't have a mom :-(  She 
nursed 2nd baby - not as long.  Have watched kids grow, both too skinny. 
She doesn't feed them right :-(  Grandmom, who lives nearby is a constant in 
their lives and does feed the kids.  We've (whole staff ) threatened her 
with authorities from time to time and she will clean up her act for a 
while, now she's into drugs.......having fun in the inner city, Pat in SNJ
