Alcohol is same as anesthesia.  Once gone from mom's blood, it's gone.  I've 
always advised mom's not to over indulge.  If they are going out for 
something special (wedding, party) to leave  pumped milk for baby and skip 
feeding (pump and dump if they want for comfort) when they get home. I think 
common sense applies here!   But I don't have any references :-)  Thanks Joy
