Here is the position statement on PCOS, just released by the AACE last
month.  Metformin should be considered in most women with PCOS--due to the
cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors.  If our clients are aware of
that recommendation, alone, then they may can choose to take it purely for
maternal health benefits--and improved milk supply just may be an added
bonus.
