Hi Angie,

I wonder what led to the admission at 2 1/2 months-- did you get the story 
there?  It seems as if the weight gain wouldn't have been the reason.  Or why 
the GI consult was ordered?

You mention the strong let down.  I'm sure these kids, as time goes on, get to 
be very orally defensive, and it wouldn't surprise me at all that the child would 
be defensive for bottles as well, no matter what formula was in it.  Plus, if 
mom is feeding just because the weight has become a concern, then the child 
may also be rebelling.  Being fed when you're not hungry might cause the child 
to throw up.

Wondering what started the ball rolling,
