There won't be any standard time for how soon foods that mom eats gets into
the milk. It depends on too many other factors, including how full/empty
her stomach was when the potentially offending food was eaten, whether it
was eaten with lots of fat (slows down digestion time), how fast her food
typically gets moved out of the stomach and into the small intestine, etc.
etc. etc.

We all know that when we are getting sick, food can sit in our stomach for
HOURS before being (finally and thankfully) thrown up. You can even throw
up after lunch and see breakfast still in there, completely unchanged from
when you swallowed it. Sorry for the graphic details.
