Decreased swelling etc. baby nursing more efficiently.

Had a baby yesterday, 4 mo old, gaining better than well (31 weeks - now
almost triple birth weight) Baby only nurses for 5 min at a time so parents
are pushing formula here and there. I explained how baby gets more
efficient at nursing, doesn't need to nurse as long, signs of satiety etc,
mom lets down and makes milk more efficiently and so on. I'm not sure I
convinced them :-( Probably will be bottle fed by 6 mo and obese by 9 mo
:-( Pat in SNJ
