So skip this if you want.  My husband brought this home tonight, and since we
occasionally need a streak of humor, I thought this might perk someone
up....These are the four I really laughed at:

From Patient Charts:

       Both breasts are equal and reactive to light and accomodation.

       Examination of genitalia reveals that he is circus sized.

       Large brown stool ambulating in the hall.

And this last one -- just for us older moms:

       Patient has two teenage children, but no other abnormalities.
