could you give me specific info on where i can get these articles
and possibly the names?  providing this info to our neonatologists
is the only chance i have to try and change how we continue to mix
mbm with formula.

dr. newman, do you have any input on this subject? that is, the concern
of the affect of mixing formula and mbm, 1:1 to give enough volume, either
for increased calories or not enough breast milk.
does dr.lucas have anything written on this?.
