Patricia -

I have not seen the lump - mom lives in another town. The Pedi told her to
pump because the hormones in her breast milk where causing the lump. I told
her I had never come across anything like that (breast milk from a mother
causing lumps in child) and I gave her the name and number of an IBCLC in her
area. I was just curious for my own learning experience. I was suprised at
the recommendation form the Pedi on this because well, it doesn’t make much
sense.

As for the spoiled milk. This had been happening since she had been pumping
per Pedi. I just thought I would throw it in so the whole picture could be
seen.

Joy -

Very interesting. Thank you! I thought the recommendation was way off but
it was not something I was familiar with.
