Remember the mnemonic "PMS" for Parsley, pepperMint and Sage.  I
have heard the suggestion to mix a tablespoon of parsley or sage in
a like amount of peanut butter, wrap it in a piece of bread, and
eat.  Apparantly, to get enough sage via sage tea, you would wind up
spending all day on the pot!  One thing I ask when a mom reports her
supply is dwindling is whether she chews on mints a lot.  Around
here Altoids is a favorite.  In some cases, mom reports she has been
chewing them almost like popcorn.  When she cuts them out, the
supply recovers!  Therefore, I suggest a mom chew them if she is
trying to reduce her supply.
