I believe the distinction as to whether the Ezzo "Parent-Directed
Feeding" plan is "implied" or "stated outright" is pure rhetoric. It is
clear that the entire point of the course is that there is a "right way"
(it is called, after all, "Growing Kids GOD's WAY") to feed and raise an
infant. The course does state outright and the doc who supposedly
co-wrote the book has stated that children who are fed on demand become
crime-prone, whiny "brats". Parents are told ridiculous things like that
their babies will develop "metabolic chaos" if they are fed on demand.

To me, the most frightening aspect of this program is the fact that the
Ezzos have now repackaged their Prep course as "BABYWISE". They have
edited out all religious references and made it look like a mainstream
parenting book. It is now available at any regular bookstore and new
parents have no idea what the source of this information is when they
pick it up. It is selling like mad.

Please e-mail me if you would like a copy of an article I have written
on the Ezzo program which will appear in this month's Minnesota Parent
magazine. I plan to pitch the idea to a national market this month.
