I've gotten a request for research and was hoping one of you all could help!

I'm looking for research that shows the benefit of allowing
unrestricted breastfeeding in the early days - not just the
*frequency* of feed (for which I can find ample evidence) but also the
duration of the feed (I'm looking on behalf of a postpartum nurse who
would like to advocate to change her hospital's strict 15 min/side
rule).

I looked through ICLA's Clinical Guidelines and the Baby Friendly
Initiative, but all the research I found was around frequency as well.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
