Pat,

Has she checked all of the gaskets on her pump.  I remember reading in New
Beginnings once about a mother who was getting less with her pump after some
months of pumping and the problem was the gaskets.  Air was starting to leak out
and not getting good suction, so less milk was being removed, so you can all
guess the rest.

She stated that once the new gaskets were in place, her milk supply quickly
bounced back.
