Teresa, that sort of behaviour on the part of the nursing staff is
completely unacceptable.  What you describe is intimidation and bully
tactics.  Completely unprofessional.  The mother should make a written
complaint to the hospital (CEO and chief of nursing) as well as make a
complaint to the College of Nursing.  It's not too late.  If physicians were
involved, a complaint to the College of Physicians and Surgeons too.
