I am an RN/lactation counselor (hoping to change that soon to Lactation
Consultant!) in WA state.
Approximately 65% of our clients are on Medicaid.  We get full reimbursement
from the state for our clients who are on Maternity Support Services, funded
by Medicaid.  This means the billing per visit is $180 for the initial visit
and $90 for each visit thereafter, and we receive, as I mentioned, full
reimbursement from the state.
