Hmm....  I suppose in some way, but if we go back to milk synthesis at the 
cellular level I would think that statement is perhaps too simplistic?
I am all for helping mothers understand the wonders of breast milk, but so 
often when trying to make things understandable - it is simplified still 
further in the retelling and the wrong message gets across - hence mothers 
expecting there to be a magical number of minutes before foremilk changes to 
hindmilk - and the implication that the so-called foremilk is not really 
nutritious.
