Seen in Medscape for Nurses, which appeared in my inbox today:

http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/771885?src=mp

Enhanced Feeding of Preemies May Cause Electrolyte Disturbance, Septicemia

I'm not certain I have provided the necessary link to reach this. If not, I hope someone more tech-savvy helps out. I think it's something that deserves more discussion and insight, and not for VLBW babies alone.

To get this, you may be required to sign up for Medscape for Nurses, but it's free and you can dis-enroll after reading it.
