Monique, when I gave out my questionnaires to nurses I provided cake and
coffee and asked them to take a few minutes, relax and enjoy while
answering.  It was a LONG questionnaire and I got 239 usable returns from
647 distributed.  Of course I probably got returns from the truly dedicated
to BF, which may influence the results, so might the cake(sugar), but at
