foods, but instead, high iron food to be introduced first, after that,  
pretty much anything goes.  The dietician who spoke at my mother baby  
group said to introduce a food high in iron, it could be meat, iron  
fortified cereal, iron fortified tofu or beans.  Of course, I started  
with avocado and banana and then a little brown rice run through a  
food mill.
