While that is true, when the dept. of Health & Human Services commissioned the
role delineation study on bf health providers several years ago, they decided
to use the Ross Labs bf stats because they'd rather not spend our tax money on
figuring out bf stats.  Besides, the government will not do it every year -
maybe, if we are lucky, once every 10 years, like the census.

Sigh.

So, for better or worse, we are stuck, unless someone has megabucks that wants
to do bf stats nationally on an ongoing basis.  Certainly, it would be simple
to get some stats on the birth certificate, but it would only give info for
that moment in time....
