My daughter is doing a HS research paper and has chosen,
"The Impact of Breastfeeding on Health Care Costs".  She has found numerous
articles and books detailing the benefits of BF.  (and don't we all know
them?), but as far a research showing the actual monetary savings , well, is
there any out there?
Has anybody found average health care costs for a typical newborn through the
first year who is bottle fed vs. a breastfed infant?
Or, perhaps the topic is too broad in the first place?

Or would a better slant be the maternal health benefits? or to limit the
