Fellow Lactnetters,
I have a mom who is Breastfeeding her 15 month old three times per day (and
doesn't want to stop).  She was given a single 50mg dose of Methotrexate
after an ectopic pregnancy and old by her OB to stop breast feeding.  I
didn't find the info in my Hale Bible to be very clear in this one-time dose
instance.  Does she need to stop or what time frame should she pump and
dump?  Thanks for your help.  Dawn from Delaware.
