In this discussion of phobias, bigotry etc., I am reminded of a statement
made by Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. many years ago.  He said, in effect,
"Laws can't make you love me, but they can keep you from lynching me."  
In talking about baby's right to nurse when and wherever baby may be, laws
protecting that right won't make people comfortable with it, but they can
keep people from interfering with it.
