This mom needs to contact Liz Baldwin at LLL,her local chapter of the
Civil Liberties Union and any local human rights commission
(county/township/state might have this).  However, it will be difficult
b/c condo associations can set their own rules.  However, they cannot
discriminate based on racial/disability/sex, etc.  If there are state
laws or local laws that allow bf anywhere, they supersede the townhouse
assn. rules.

Some things to consider; is any food/eating/feeding allowed at the pool?
This can be a case of sex discrimination.  If she wants to fight her
assn., more power to her! :-)
