Carol, I agree with you that the soy question does apply to breastfeeding.
Soy may be a very healthy food for people above the human-milk-consuming age
(which is a statement that can be argued about as well!), but is defenitly not a
good choice for infant food. It turns out that a fair part of people that are
allergic to cows-milk are allergic to soy as well, especially nfants and
children.
