Are we getting tired of the Baby Friendly and Mother Friendly concept or 
can I ask another one?  

We have been asked to come to a meeting of mayors in Puerto Rico, and 
were wondering if there was a definition or a recognition for towns
who are promoting breastfeeding-

Such as having a certain percent of the businesses welcoming 
breastfeeding moms, encouraging baby friendly practices in their 
´hospitals and clinics and encouraging mother friendly employer
policies.
