I ask parents to picture a memory of a friend drinking from a can of pop
or can of beer, recall how their head tilts back a little.  Because it is
impossible to swallow with our chin touching our chests.  Parents usually
chuckle a little and I see the light bulb turn on in their minds.  

Ramming the head.  I see a lot of this too.  :-(    I usually emphasize
supporting the back, shoulders, and neck.
