I want to thank everyone who sent messages of support and
encouragement to me regarding the nutritional assessment of my
infant, posted in Lactnet, and sent through Kathleen B.  I never
anticipated that agreeing to participate in university student's
study would necessitate my responding with such a long, researched
letter.  Indeed, I might have even let it go if the instructor did
not comment that "this kid's gotta be hungry!"  (Now I'm glad
she did comment.)  Never underestimate a knowledgeable mother with a
quality home library and lots of support from friends!
        I am new to Lactnet; I signed on when Kathleen
posted the nutritional assessment of my baby.  You may not hear from
me often, but I will appreciate learning so much from the rest of
you.  I will pass the information along to the mothers at my
La Leche League meetings and the couples in my childbirth classes.
