To everyone who has responded so promptly to my request for what might be
causing this baby's breathing difficulty, and how best to manage
breastfeeding and/or EBM supplement, thank you all for suggesting what this
might be, causes and implications.  The main message that came through loud
and clear was for the mom to seek further evaluation.  Thank you all so
much!  You're the greatest!
