Yes, I remember that study and I think it was drinking a lot *beyond* thurst and
that that was the trigger. Anyone with the same perception or am I wrong here?

I like to refer to rest as *mental rest* or peace of mind. Women all over the
world work hard and feed there babies without problems related to that. It is
mainly stress and ''stressy'' thinking that inhibits a good production and
letdown.

I agree, and I think that good eating, drinking and resting are good for a
mother, wether she is bf or af, to keep her own health good to be able to keep
on caring for her children, now and when they grow up.
