From what I was told, B12 doesn't absorb well when ingested--that's why when
my level was low, it was suggested I have injections instead...

The ref book I have available at home, these values are in normal range,FTI
is a bit high (3.1) range 0.8-2.4  T4 is high side of normal (12.9) high is
13. However, the normal ranges applying to her would have to come from the
facility where the tests were performed--taking into consideration their
methods, and patient population.
