Growth charts without formula company advertising can be found in Hamill et
al. 1979 (don't have full reference right now at home), and in many other
publications of the WHO/Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, GA around
that same time (1979) which is when the most recent ones (the data used for
the ones you get from Ross) came out.
